Thank you. One of the difficulties is the number of unknowns like this. I got the letter yesterday and the exact number is 3.33 10*10 and ALT of 28. My ALT has not been that high certainly in the last few tests when it was under 20 although it was 27 in 2008. So I think my next test result will be important.

This is a very high level of HBV DNA, so definitely represents increased viral replication .
