Viread (Tenofovir disaproxil) is also available and might be worth a try. There are others who have talked these sorts of issues in the forum (e.g. Titling feet and pain on the righ shoulder blade) but it was not conclusive as to if it was the antivirals really causing this or if there are other causes (in that thread, someone talked about these symptoms going away just by using an ergonomic chair, so each person’s context may be different).
I myself haven’t experienced this neuropathy on antivirals, so can’t really suggest anything. It might be worth looking for a nerve specialist, I’m not sure.
