Dear friends, 3 years ago I found out that I have hepatitis B, the evolution in these years of quantitative HBV DNA and AgHBS; 12.08.2021 HBV DNA 64.57 / 17.02.2022 HBV DNA < 10, quantitative Aghbs 441 / 03.08.2022 QUANTITATIVE AgHBS 213 / 17.02.2023 HBV DNA 11 / 05.02.2024 HBV DNA < 10, quantitative Aghbs 52.9. The specialist doctor said that HBV DNA had no fluctuations in these 3 years and Aghbs was decreasing. In these 3 years, I have never benefited from antivirals for hepatitis B because I have low viremia, only hepatoprotective. Please give me an opinion about the evolution of the disease and what you expect in my case.
Dear @MARIAN,
Undetectable HBV DNA and decreasing HBsAg over time is a great sign that your immune system is successfully controlling the virus in your system!
