Dear everyone,
Recently in the last few days I Feeling hot flare on upper right abdomen especially on liver area.
I have no idea but when i use my hand to touch that area I feel hotter than other area of my body. This occur at night during sleep time.
Anyone got similar experience?

I feel better now. No such feeling for now. I remember the day I got that hot flare I eat duck roasted which I believe got high fat. And I think I eat quite a good a mount due to there is special meetup within my family.
I though the hot flare may be caused by too much eating of high fat roasted duck. I think. From that I day I reduce my intake and start to feel better now.
