Hello All🙋🏾♂️,
I recently came across this community while making some research about Hep B online. I really don’t know how long I’ve been living with this virus; however, I was diagnosed 2–3 years ago and have been under medical monitoring by a liver doctor. I do have blood and echo tests twice a year. My last test was still okay, according to my doctor. I have read interesting topics on this forum, and I really want to appreciate the brains behind creating this channel for us to learn and express ourselves.
Could someone please point to me where I can read about nutrition, wellness, and lifestyle advice?
Could someone please point to me where I can read about nutrition, wellness and lifestyle advise?
I pray we all have a cure soon.
Thank you.

Hello everyone!
I would like to ask this scenario:
My girlfriend is a chronic hepatitis B carrier, with undetectable viral load, negative HBeAg, controlled by ARV medication.
I am vaccinated with antiHBs titer of 600.
We are planning for marriage.
How much is the likelihood ratio of transmission in my case? Via sexual fluids and blood.
Thank you very much.
Welcome @dwikidwiki and thanks for your question.
I’m not a medical professional. They will answer you soon.
To my knowledge the risk of transmission is practically zero.
I have chronic HBV, have done for over forty years.
I married my husband before he was vaccinated. Actually became pregnant before he was vaccinated.
And he never got infected.
I’m glad you found us. Lots of professional knowledge and support here.
Blessings

Hi @dwikidwiki,
Welcome to the community and thanks for your question. @Caraline is correct in that in the situation you have shared the chances of transmission is very very low. You both can get married. As long as you are vaccinated (you have a high level of titer which is great), even if she somehow begins to see her viral load rise you should still be fine. I hope this is helpful. Bansah1
