Hello, Is it safe to take Testosterone Booster and creatine for workout purposes? Thank you!
From my point of view, for me, I wouldn’t do them. Especially if it’s over the counter or non prescription stuff.
Intermittent fast for couple days to a week to get toxins out of your body, then do eggs and meat/fish/vegetable diet. Maybe a good protein shake here and there. There is no cheating to working out. It takes time and effort.
Creatine and booster may help but if you are like me with hepatitis B, I be careful. I use to take NO2 supplements and other pre workout stuff before I knew of my condition, but as I get older I m more cautious.
Just think of it this way… you would not go to your local auto part store and buy fuel additives to put into your Ferrari. Lol
The way I look at it myself is that I keep an eye on my blood tests (particularly ALT) and liver stiffness, and if everything is fine there’s no restrictions on the supplements I can take. I like creatine personally
If the liver parameters were going wrong then it might be time to take a closer look at what the cause could be
