Not sure what is specifically difficult about the navigation, but you can always search your query first (click the magnifying glass at the top of the page). Otherwise, I think mostly looking at the general discussion sub-forum (General Discussion - Hep B Community) might be the easiest way to find what you need. Also you should be getting a summary Email every now and then to remind you of the top discussions that are happening this week.
