How is prolactinoma linked with chronic hepatitis B infection? Should presence of prolactinoma tumour in chronic hepatitis B patient taken as serious Indication to start antiviral therapy for hepatitis B virus?

There doesn’t seem to be anything I can find in the literature about chronic Hep B causing prolactinoma. The paper you have linked shows hepatitis B is not linked with any change in prolactin levels in the blood, but it gets lower if the liver is severely damaged.
